About
Tim Jadloski has over ten years' experience with his primary practice areas being general civil litigation and commercial litigation. He has worked as a solo practitioner, as an associate with a small boutique law firm, and as an in-house trial lawyer for a major insurance provider. Tim has handled cases in all stages of litigation from initial filings through the appeals process. Tim has experience representing businesses and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of industries ranging from oil and gas, to construction, to childcare. In addition to his current practice areas, his experience includes insurance defense, probate litigation, contract law, and even criminal defense.
The common theme throughout all of his practice has been connecting with his clients as individuals and truly counseling them through the legal process. Tim graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2009, cum laude. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2013. Tim has been a member of the Texas State Bar since 2014. He is also an active member of the Texas Aggie Bar Association and the Federalist Society. Beyond the legal profession, Tim has many varied interests including hunting, fishing, photography, and model railroading. Tim and his wife Caroline, who is also an Aggie, are avid supporters of Texas A&M University athletics.
Tim has represented a variety of clients in a wide range of industries and types of litigation such as:
- Represented a franchisor in the child daycare industry in an arbitration proceeding against a partner and franchisee regarding claims of fraud, violation of a non-compete agreement, and intellectual property issues.
- Represented an outside-sales representative in the oil and gas industry attempting to recover unpaid commissions from an Italian pipe fitting manufacturer and successfully negotiated the payment of those commissions despite the company filing bankruptcy in Italy.
- Represented a successful online food influencer who was being defamed on social media and obtained a permanent injunction barring the defendant from making any further defamatory statements.
- Represented a home owner with claims against a remodeling contractor for defective work and successfully negotiated reimbursement for all repairs before trial.
