Joe Luce is an experienced trial lawyer with over 40 years of experience in front of judges and juries, having obtained well in excess of fifty jury verdicts, with extensive experience in insurance, insurance defense, commercial, and tort litigation. He has developed an expertise in the handling of large, complex litigation. His vast litigation experience includes cases involving personal injury and death, construction accidents and defects, professional liability, oil and gas, automobile and trucking as well as products liability. Joe has also been a speaker at continuing education courses for both attorneys and licensed claims adjusters. Joe received an A-V rating, the highest rating possible for competency and ethics, from Martindale-Hubble early in his career and has maintained that rating for over two and a half decades.
Joe has expanded his practice in recent years to Probate, Estate Planning and Guardianship work. He is a Certified Attorney Ad Litem, Certified Guardianship Mediator and qualified to handle guardianship matters in all courts in Texas. He combines his years of litigation experience with the strict guidelines of guardianship law to ensure the right outcome for those seeking to be a guardian as well as for the potential person under guardianship. As a trained Mediator, Joe is handling mediations from the broad spectrum of civil litigation.
As a result of his over 40 years of legal experience, Joe now uses his vast experience from his broad legal work to help individuals and companies solve problems. Although primarily a civil trial lawyer for most of his career, his work has exposed Joe to a myriad of topics, subject matters, legal areas and corporate interactions.
