About

Katherine R. Grosskopf is a thoughtful and creative advocate with experience providing litigation and other legal services in Montgomery County and the surrounding counties. Katie has experience litigating real property, contract, construction, employment, personal injury, antitrust, restrictive covenants, and other business disputes. She has worked on everything from very small matters to large multi-district litigation with care and precision. Katie also provides limited estate planning and probate services, where she values providing peace of mind during difficult discussions and periods of life.


Katie received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was the Administrative Managing Editor of the International Law Review Association. She also received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, where she triple-majored in Government, History, and Religious Studies. In addition, she has a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School at Texas A&M University.

 

Following college, Katie worked as a staffer for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in Washington, D.C. and on a presidential campaign before returning to Texas to attend law school. Currently, in her spare time, Katie volunteers extensively with her church and is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree part-time through Trinity Anglican Seminary.
